5 year old party {post one}

so my little baby girl turned 5! seriously? where in the heck did my little tiny baby go? we had an awesome party for her this past weekend. she invited all of her little girl friends over and we had a party ROCK STAR style!

just chalk on regular satin paint, it washes right off with a wet rag!

making volcanos

ahhhhh pinterest. my {and im sure most of you} new love! if you are anything like me you spend a LOT of time pinning and not a lot of time doing. so this past week i went back through a lot of my boards that had to do with my kids and deleted a lot of pins. then i actually clicked on the rest of them and went to the site to see if i wanted to do any of the pinned things! imagine that. :) one of the things that i pinned forever ago was this one about making mini volcanoes.

so we got all the stuff {baking soda, vinegar and food coloring!} and started playing!

 look at that sweet face, she loved it!

we were playing outside this weekend at my moms making peanut butter bird-feeders. little man got into the peanut butter :)
