we took the kids to fernbank yesterday to see the astronomy exhibit. well we got there at 2:30 and the exhibit closes at 2. yeah me for planning well. anyway. we made the most of it and just played. it was a great day to be there bc it was beautiful outside so the museum was very empty! we went to the nature walk exhibit and just let the kids play and explore. these pics of buddy are so precious. he loved it!

this time was precious to us because, as you know my mom - who is living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer that has metastasized in her bones - was with us this whole week!
